A BRILLIANT GENOCIDE - An Unmissable film about Museveni's Genocidal and Savage actions and tendencies -
A Brilliant Genocide is an exposé of the brutal campaigns by the Yoweri Museveni regime to wipe out a significant part of Uganda’s Acholi people under the guise of crushing a rebellion by the Lord’s Resistance Army (LRA). It lays bare the atrocities committed by Museveni’s army against the Acholi people of northern Uganda since 1986, when Museveni seized power, and includes interviews with survivors of the most pre-meditated torture. What has occurred is unfathomable: civilians raped in front of their families by Museveni’s soldiers, people tortured, buried alive and burnt alive – forms of abuse previously unheard of in Uganda. It is the humiliation and deprivation of a particular ethnic group that has suffered like no other in Ugandan history.
This documentary is the untold story of a people who were placed in what amounts to concentration camps, where the death rates from planned neglect exceeded 50,000 people per year over a period spanning more than a decade, according to the World Health Organization (WHO). A Brilliant Genocide is a counterpoint to Kony 2012, which brought worldwide attention to the crimes committed by the LRA. It shows how the Museveni regime has used Kony as a straw man, enabling the Ugandan government to garner international sympathy and resources in the supposed ‘war on terrorism’ while in fact diverting attention from its own crimes against humanity in northern Uganda.
It includes interviews with Museveni’s former close associates, involved in conducting some of the bloodiest campaigns in the north, and many other prominent Ugandan thinkers, opposition figures, activists, exiles and émigrés.
This is the untold story of how an African dictator has been able to commit mass murder and still get a regular audience at the White House and 10 Downing Street. It comes at a critical time in Uganda’s history, with Gen. Museveni re-elected after 30 years of rule, in what many critics around the world are calling a sham election.

SEJUSA DEFEATS MUSEVENI

Free Uganda: Museveni losing to Sejusa

Gen David Sejusa’s political organisation, Free Uganda, is confident that President Yoweri Museveni will lose the battle he has started against the renegade general.
The opposition party says youth “are the vanguard of the struggle for change” and is sure “they will not rest until the Motherland is free”.
“If the regime of Mr Museveni thought that by putting Gen Sejusa under house arrest, he had put a stop on the struggle for Freedom, he is a day- dreamer”.
According to Free Uganda, when the real struggle begins, “he (Museveni) will be the loser”.
“Free Uganda is being emboldened by the support it is now receiving from various sections of Ugandan society, and sooner or later it will be Mr Museveni and his regime on the run.”
Yesterday, the army raided Sejusa’s home and put him under house arrest following his refusal to attend a meeting called by Museveni at Rwakitura.
Sejusa said he did not want to meet Museveni because he has nothing to say him.
He refused attempts by the army to forcefully drag him to Rwakitura, turned out envoys mediating talks between himself and the Commander-in-Chief and even refused to pick a direct call from Museveni.
Why Gen. Sejusa cannot meet Museveni: Thoughts by Uganda Youth Platform
Indeed its catch 22 for Mr. Museveni, as Hon. Nambooze Betty (MP) stated, as far as The General’s return is concerned!
I agree with Hon. Nambooze that NRM government propagandists want Ugandans believe that the regime facilitated his return.
NRM Spokesman, Ofwono opondo opened his eyes and lied in day light that they (NRM government) had bought a return ticket.
This was a lie and still a lie. It’s a typical bad tactic used by desperate regimes to hold onto grass, to avoid embarrassment in the eyes of the wananchi – the masses.
As Uganda Youth Platform, we want to bring to your attention that The General has never had and will never have intentions to be in bed again with the current dictatorial regime.
The General’s message has always been very clear. Mr. Museveni rule is out of context. The General has been consistent in his character to oppose the personal and patronised rule of Mr. Museveni, right from the bush to present day.
What is happening now is the epitome of the struggle to remove Mr. Museveni from power and it’s the right time. Mr. Museveni knows it’s time-up for him to go. That is why he makes desperate moves.
Today, 02nd December 2015, several trucks of soldiers have sealed off The General’s home, reportedly in a desperate move to have The General meet Mr. President.
This confirms further that they lied to the public on whatever they said upon his return.
First and far most, government said The General was on assignment in London. This was a lie. Since when did a dictatorial regime reveal its spies, deployed on even very sensitive assignments like espionage against the regime’s opposition. This was lie number one.
It was intended to spoil the image of The General. General’s personality is growing stronger every day. He is very straight and all-embracing to all Ugandans, that is why he was welcomed by crowds back to Kampala.
Remember, Ugandan police always disrupts public gatherings like what they did to General’s welcoming crowds at Masaka, Kyengera, Busega, etc.
The General is a warrior who wins battles and wars. His next victory will be to uproot Mr. Museveni from power. That is why Mr. Museveni is desperate to meet him privately. It will not happen.
Secondly, government said that The General would not withstand winter conditions in UK. They further lied that The General was ill and weak, because he could not afford to live in London.
How can a dictatorial government still rely on an ill and health wise weak person, to handle a bigger assignment? This was a lie. This is not true.
There a people much older (80 years and above) still living in UK, and other much colder climates, and they continue to live a healthier life. The General has never fallen sick, looks healthier and strong. He is a very determined person, who accomplishes what he starts. Mr. Museveni knows The General abilities, and he fears him 311 Period!
Thirdly, Mr. Ofwono Opondo lied that government had paid for his air ticket. One air ticket from London to Uganda costs approximately $1,000 on British Airways. This is such little money for The General to pay. Even to a lay person this was a lie.
How would a government pay for air ticket, at the same time abuse the beneficiary publicly like what Ofwono did to a full General. This shows how unethical this regime is. Buying a ticket was a lie.
The General said it right away that he bought his own ticket using a debit card, arranged his return journey and was welcomed by his family and lawyers. What the regime did was to pose at the airport.
It sent the ISO Director at the Entebbe airport to welcome back The General. The ISO Director is not a diplomat, he is an army man with arresting powers, not diplomatic honours.
In fact, The General told him and his team not to salute for him, or even take a photo. That is why there is no airport picture of The General at arrival. He was not interested in salutes. His mission is beyond saluting.
It was spin, to hoodwink Ugandans that The General was part of the regime.
Fourthly, Mr. Museveni’s interest and eagerness to meet The General really shows how all they have been saying are broad day lies.
If Mr. Museveni had met The General before, there is no way he would desperately want to meet him again in his private home in Rwakitura.
Mr. Museveni is desperate to meet The General, Gen. David Sejusa at his private home in Rwakitura. This is not a private meeting, if it was to happen. Mr. Museveni has always manipulated the opposition, but there are those he cannot manipulate.
The General, Gen. David Sejusa, can never be such a victim. He is of the same rank like Mr. Museveni. He is also a former member of the High Command. He is more educated, peace loving and a democrat by virtues and practice.
The General believes in open and free space. He has a track record of an independent mind. He has always defended the interests of a common man in the corridors of power, when he was still a serving officer.
It was him, Col. Besigye and Sserwanga Lwanga who proposed, defended and won the battle to open political space for political parties. Him and the other two, are the fore fathers of multi-party politics in Uganda.
Though multi-party politics is being suffocated by NRM, there is hope that laws like Public Order Management Act will be repealed once a new government comes to power.
This is the time Ugandans will be free and united. Ugandans will enjoy their full rights, and achieve their aspirations such as better salaries, federal system of government, jobs, security and peace all over Uganda.

MUSEVENI'S KASESE-BOSNIA MASSACRE: CONTINUE MOURNING BELOVED BABIES, MOTHERS & CIVILIANS - says RABBA NAGA

MUSEVENI'S KASESE-BOSNIA MASSACRE: CONTINUE MOURNING BELOVED BABIES, MOTHERS & CIVILIANS - says RABBA NAGA

Church services should continue even after this Sunday and prayers in mosques too - Rabba Naga [New guidance on Kasese massacres from Rabba Naga, the senior freedom struggle leader operating within the Museveni camp – 04/12/2016] This was an unfair contest. Tanks against pangas, babies and young children against armed to the teeth grown up men. Women, stripped naked, with their hands tied behind their backs against machine guns and bombs. As of this morning 4/12/2016, no one knows the where abouts of these stripped mothers. No one knows where the toddlers who died in the palace were dumped. No one knows the where abouts of the survivors who were rounded up, whether involved or not. Many maimed, tortured, humiliated and probably many dead too by now. This is the reason the mourning, in whatever form, overt and covert must continue and the prayers must not cease for we really now require divine intervention than ever before, because we are living in a dangerous country with no balanced heads of those in charge to tell wrong from right, it is frightening. But. for Mr Museveni and his fellow butchers, perhaps what happened in Bosnia almost two decades ago may help them reflect. The Bosnian genocide which refers to the killings, just like those of Kasese since 2014, the Bosnia killings in Srebrenica and zepa committed between 1991-97 but specifically those of 1995 just won’t go away. It was committed then but even today the world and relatives are still tracing and burying those massacred. So you may use mass graves, hide the dead, dispose the bodies. But just know this.
You can’t permanently keep those you kill under raps. They always surface. So there wiill be a period of excavations of our dead again, wailing of the bereaved and reburrials again. Just like happened in luweero. Only this time it will extend to the whole country. For like it was ealier,"mpaawo atalikaaba" indeed no one has been spared this time. Thats is the legacy which mr museveni and nrm are living. Sadly, though, it did not have to end this way. The struggle must continue

GEN. SEJUSA: LEADERS DECLARE WEEK OF MOURNING KASESE MASSACRE BY MUSEVENI

GEN. SEJUSA: LEADERS DECLARE WEEK OF MOURNING KASESE MASSACRE BY MUSEVENI
----------------------------------------------
NATIONAL MOURNING
FREE UGANDA LED BY GEN SEJJUSA AND DR Vincent Magombe CALLS ON ALL PARTY LEADERS TO DECLARE A WEEK OF NATIONAL MOURNING FOR THE HUNDREDS MASSACRED IN KASESE.
In a letter published on Free Uganda Website, Free Uganda calls on all Ugandans, irrespective of party affliations and tribal groupings to mourn the innocent people of Kasese and Fortportal who were massacred under Mr Museveni's personal watch.

They appeal to all the people to cease celebrations of any kind,except those unavoidable which had already been prearranged. The letter requests that other cultural leaders in other kingdoms through their local networks call on their subjects to mourn the dead in the Obusinga Bwa Rwenzururu.
It reminds these traditional/cultural leaders not to keep mum as many did when Dr Obote attacked King Muteesa of Buganda in 1966. Unknown to these other kingdoms,what had befallen King Muteesa came to their own kingdoms in 1967, when all kingdoms were abolished.
While the struggle for liberation is taking many shapes, every Ugandan should do the little he/she can to show solidarity with millions being tormented,the document concludes.

2016 NEXT MOVE - MESSAGE TO YOUTH- Its time to join hands and fight, our enemy is one, LETS GET DIRTY

WHAT NEXT-----MESSAGE TO YOUTH- Its time to join hands and fight, our enemy is one, LETS GET DIRTY
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

RIGHT NOW as youth of uganda, our concern should focus on achieving victory agaisnt dictatorship. Gen. Sejusa & Dr. Besigye have made enough sacrifices, what sacrifice have you made as you? This is a generational challenge. For them, they did it in 1980 when majority were between 20-35 years! and they still continue to fight. At your age, what have you done,? Dictatorships are not defeated by pens & paper used in ballots and court! Dictatorships are DISMANTLED! Peripd. Lets focus on that, build capacity, continue to form cells, avoid enemy inflitrations, spy on enemy plans, positions, etc. and report / inform all those in struggle / GET DIRTY, STRIKE THE ENEMY
PREPARE, PREPARE, PREPARE,, museveni must go & his K-gang

===================================
Our enemy is one, and we defeated him in elections irrespective of political camps be it FDC, GO-FORWARD, DP, CP, JEMA, all our enemy is one and we voted him out on feb 18..BUT he rigged and can never accept to leave power by ballot or court- you all know that..at same time we cannot sit and look on when the enemy is continuing to arrest, detain, incarcerate, murder and intimidate our leaders..He started with opposition supporters, then youth leaders, then Gen Sejusa, then Rtd Col Kizza Besigye, then many more..he is coming for you as well if you don't do some thing.

NOW in this last phase of defeating the enemy, EVERYBODY NEEDS THE OTHER especially we in opposition , we must work together--ITS TIME FOR A GOOD FIGHT, A JUSTIFIABLE FIGHT FOR & BY EVERYBODY. A good fight needs good leadership but our leaders are detained- its our role to rescue them. We must show solidarity. Gen Sejusa, Sejusa, Kizza Besigye are our compass - they offer direction- they guide us- lets show solidarity- so i call uon you to join hands and demand to FREE SEJUSA, FREE BESIGYE, FREE ALL POLITICAL PRISONERS..Its time for a good fight, you cannot sit back and wait for others to fight for you, neither can you look on and fight those who fight for your rights and freedom..its our role..lets show solidarity -- we need Gen Sejusa to offer his utmost advise, guidance and wisdom in this phase to end dictatorship

Free Uganda Statement on the continued illegal and unconstitutional detention of General David Sejusa at Luzira prison.

Free Uganda Statement on the continued illegal and unconstitutional detention of General David Sejusa at Luzira prison- by
Dr. Vincent Magombe,

 On Friday, 18th March 2016, Museveni's Kangaroo Court - the so-called General Court Martial in Makindye finally bowed down to the order given by the High Court of Uganda to halt the unlawful trial of General Sejusa in the military court.

But, in a nakedly unlawful move, the military court’s chairman, Major General Karuhanga, rejected the application by General Sejusa’s legal team to release their client unconditionally, and instead ruled that Sejusa be returned to Luzira prison until he is granted bail by the High Court’s Criminal Division.

Really? Why would the military court drop the case and still rule to keep General Sejusa in prison? On what legal grounds can someone be kept inside prison for a non-existent case?
Free Uganda squarely and unreservedly condemns the March 18th decision by the General Court Marshal to keep General David Sejusa in Luzira Prison, even after they stopped hearing his case on the orders of the High Court of Uganda.

Free Uganda is very much aware that General David Sejusa is being illegally and unjustly confined to Luzira prison on the express orders of Mr. Yoweri Museveni.

This is nothing, but the usual evil-minded political game plays and the characteristic constitutional illegalities, which Ugandans have become so accustomed to throughout 30-year of lawlessness that only served to satisfy the egotistical interests of this one man Museveni.

These are the same evil-minded political game plays that are being actualized in relation to Dr. Kizza Besigye, the FDC leader, who is being illegally kept under house arrest at his Kasangati home, without any due judicial process.

These are the same constitutional illegalities which are being deployed by Museveni to kidnap and unlawfully detain thousands upon thousands of innocent pro-democracy activists in multitudinous jails and so-called ‘Safe Houses’ across Uganda.

It is against this background that Free Uganda, the pro-democracy and freedom struggle platform, seeks to express its uttermost revulsion and loathing at Museveni’s myopic and wholly reprehensible anti-people acts, designed for no other purpose, but the entrenchment of one man’s despotic rule over an unwilling citizenry.

Free Uganda warns Mr. Museveni that his fragrant abuse of the constitutional rights of Ugandan citizens will, without doubt, have serious consequences, as the People of Uganda become more and more frustrated and angry with his unwanted and acutely dangerously encumbrances.

There are limits on how far a small clique of self-imposed rulers of a nation, who have illegitimately usurped power after a nakedly rigged election, can be allowed to continue violating the rights of Ugandan citizens in ways that are not only brazen and flagrant, but grossly inhumane and imbued with a barbarism beyond description.

Museveni is clearly playing with fire, and he will get it in not so long a time to come.

The Struggle Continues.

LETTER TO US GOVERNMENT: 30 REASONS TO US PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA TO INTERVENE & SUPPORT UGANDANS TO RECLAIM OUR VICTORY OF 2016 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS THAT WERE RIGGED BY NRM REGIME IN POWER

LETTER TO GOVERNMENT OF UNITED STATES

REQUEST FOR SUPPORT TO YOUTH & PEOPLE OF UGANDA IN RECLAIMING OUR VICTORY OF 2016 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS THAT WERE RIGGED BY NRM REGIME IN POWER

4th March 2016

TO: President of United States of America;
THRU: Her Excellency, Ambassador of US to Uganda;

FROM THE YOUTH OF UGANDA

Dear Mr. President,
We, the youth of Uganda, write to express our deep concerns about the affairs of our country Uganda.

Aware that US government is a key development partner to Uganda and a protector of human freedoms, rights, democracy and good governance;

Aware that Ugandans need development, democracy, respect of freedoms and liberties;
Aware that our 2016 presidential elections were massively rigged and obscenely fraudulent;

Aware that we that the future of our country lies in the hands of the youth;
Aware that the current state of affairs in Uganda is dictatorial and despotic;

Aware that people in Uganda are being persecuted, tortured, arrested, tormented, intimidated, murdered, denied their civil liberties by killer police and state organs;

Aware that we the youth and people of Uganda shall continue to fight for our freedoms and liberties;

We the youth of Uganda in fraternity with Uganda Youth Platform (UYP) urgently call for your support in whatever useful means it may be from the Government of United States of America towards our endeavors to achieve good governance and democracy in Uganda. We have thirty (30) reasons why we urgently need your intervention:

1.     The February 18th presidential elections were massively fraudulent and excessively rigged by regime in power.
2.     Killer police turned into military force that is excessively partisan, no longer a national but personal force that we the youth have no trust at all.
3.     Our leaders Rtd. Col. Kiiza Besigye, Gen. Sejusa David,  leader of opposition, opposition MPs, cultural leaders, religious leaders, opinion leaders, youth leaders are inhumanly arrested, denied justice & fairness, intimidated.
4.     There is heavy military deployment all over the country as if Uganda is a war zone, with hidden agenda of unleashing terror upon unarmed civilians.
5.     Our rights are violated. We cannot enjoy our freedoms.
6.     The regime in power harbors the most heinous and sinister motives of denying Ugandan citizens their constitutional rights. The regimes continues to quash any possibility of people power.
7.     Regime in power is dictatorial and does not respect any views from all segments of society be it elders, children, women, men, farmers, youth, retirees, to mention but a few.
8.     The regime in power has destroyed our generation. We the youth form the biggest fraction of the population, and suffer the most with no jobs and uncaring government that exploits youth for their sinister motives of keeping in power.
9.        The regime keeps on to forcefully close operations of NGOs. These NGOs give us food in refugee camps. They pay for our tuition. They pay for orphan’s school dues.
10.    Wide-spread corruption, cronyism, repression and other anti-constitutional vices which now lie at the very core of its misrule.
11.    Mr. Museveni is not a democrat, but rather a heartless power-hungry dictator, who will do anything to hang to power
12.     There is no press and media freedom
13.     Right of assembly are suppressed
14.     No right to protest peacefully against government malpractices and illegalities
15.    Suppression of our rights to hold corrupt or errant leaders and public officials to account
16.     Elections are never free and fair and shall never be unless we get a new government
17.    Millions of youth are suffering. The regime does not care. We are desperate for our lives. There are million cries of people irrespective of status, gender.
18.    Our generation is being destroyed deliberately, through use of tribalism, sectarianism, corruption.
19.    Even service men (active and retired) are suffering. There million cries of service men (army, police and security officers). The regime does not care. They die for nothing is unjustified wars. Their bodies rot. They are our brothers and sisters but cannot bury them. Their pension is nowhere to be seen. It’s very clear that the regime does not care about the welfare of citizens. Our neighbor (Kenya and Tanzania) are far beyond.
20. Mr. Museveni claims that the oil resources are owned by one individual. Uganda’s oil is a personal property. We were reminded that ‘THAT IS MY OIL’.
21. Health system is dead, no hospitals, poor pay and harassment of health personnel who demand for good governance
22. Education is dead, no schools, disrespect of teachers, poor pay
23. Suffocation of agricultural development, manipulation of farmers’ effort to develop themselves through empty promises.
24. Poor infrastructure such as impassable roads, embezzlement of public funds
25. Harassment of women and manipulation of women emotions for personal gain to hold onto power.
26. Destruction of environmental resources through underhand methods to grab land, swamps, marshlands, forests, plains, all for benefit of a clique in power.
27. Continuous climate change negative effects to our generation amidst uncaring government which is making our future existence insecure.
28. Excessive impunity, arrogance, extreme luxury and extravagance amidst hunger killing people in karamonja and northern Uganda.
29. The judiciary is highly partisan and all current judges are supporters of Mr. Museveni and his family. We refer to them as ‘Cadre Judges’. Mr. Museveni and family identified them, appointed them, they report to him and they cannot rule against him or his schemes to hold onto power. So we don’t trust the judiciary to preside over any election petition or matter against vote rigging.
30. We have no one to run to in this scenario we are in. we run to the people of United States of America to come and help us your brothers and sisters, to overcome suppression from a dictatorial regime, that is horrendous - incorrigibly a monstrous one-man rule that has brought an entire nation of millions to the precipice, destruction.

Mr. President, there are endless concerns that we can no longer tolerate or continue to live with. We expressed our wishes and choice in February 2016 elections, but our voice is being suppressed. Our hope now is in you and your great nation, the United States of America, and other countries like Britain, and others in the European Union and the wider international community.

We request you to take our appeal to loving men and women in your great nation. Let them listen to us. Let them give us a hand. Let them join us in our struggle for democracy, freedom and liberty. Let them support us in our fight against the dictatorial trinity of the father, the family and the clan of people in power.

We request you for hand. Understand our situation, like you understand situations of other people in similar conditions. Base on your country’s experience of overcoming slavery, bad governance, dictatorships in Africa and beyond and redeem us. Please support us. Do not let us down. Lift our spirits from slumber.

WAY FORWARD
We call upon the intervention of US government, Great Britain, European Union and international community to arbitrate over election fraud of February 2016 elections.

Mr. President, we are eagerly waiting for the intervention of US government.
