THERE MUST BE NO 2016 ELECTIONS IN UGANDA, IF ORGANISED BY MUSEVENI-KAYIHURA-KIGUNDU TROIKA. Museveni's grand plan is to declare himself winner come what may! 

News coming in from across Uganda indicate that a large number of regime big wigs, including Museveni’s ministers, have been defeated in the NRM party primaries, which have seen wild eruptions of violence and clashes between supporters of pro-Museveni candidates and candidates not known to support the Ugandan dictator.

Museveni has ordered the NRM party electoral commission chairman, Tanga Odoi, declare LOSERS to be WINNERS – by reversing the results so that pro-Museveni candidates, especially the losing ministers are able to reclaim their 'God-given victory.'

Museveni will still declare himself winner, even when he has lost and the opposition has won.

But it also makes sense when you look at how Museveni is preparing, training and arming millions of pro-regime militias (so-called Crime Preventers) and equipping his son Muhoozi;s Special Forces Command and other death squads, such as Kayihura's Frying Squad, with exceeding capacity to violently ensure that HE MUSEVENI IS DECLARED WINNER EVEN WHEN HE LOSES THE (sham and already rigged) 2016 ELECTIONS. 

WHAT DO THESE RESULTS MEAN FOR THE POLITICAL OPPOSITION AND WHAT THE IMPLICATIONS FOR THE PLANNED 2016 NATIONAL ELECTIONS?

These ministers and other NRM-party big wigs losing NRM primaries means absolutely nothing, in the bigger scheme of thing. i.e whether Uganda can at last get rid of the 30-year old corrupt and oppressive Museveni rule.

By the way, we are hearing from sources inside NRM that Museveni has ordered the NRM party electoral commission chairman, Tanga Odoi, to review all victories where non-sympathetic candidates have won and do all that is possible to reverse the results so that pro-Museveni candidates, especially the losing ministers are able to reclaim their 'God-given victory.'

With that in mind, what do these initial huge loses for Museveni (losing so many of his ministers and other trusted loyalists mean) in NRM primaries mean?

Simply put, all it means is that the people of Uganda, even our brothers and sisters in NRM, are increasingly waking up, and realising that Uganda is being run by mafia gangs, who must be stopped come what may. The People are fed up, and they are ready to brave gunfire, beatings and intimidation, as has been the case across Uganda, in order to cause change. Even if it means dying, the people are now ready to confront Museveni and his bunch of loyalists, with a view to ending their 30 year corrupt and grossly repressive rule. 

The question is – even if the people have lost fear of guns, tear gas, and are not ready to accept bribes in elections, etc, will this translate into victory for the people, and defeat for Museveni, come 2016?

SHOULD UGANDANS RISK ALLOWING MUSEVENI TO ORGANISE WHAT ARE, WITHOUT DOUBT, GOING TO BE THE BLOODIEST, MOST SHAM, AND MOST RIGGED ELECTIONS IN UGANDA'S HISTORY?

NO NOT AT ALL... Going into Museveni-organised presidential and parliamentary elections is tantamount to committing suicide.

This conclusion makes real sense if one is to go by the way Museveni and his poll-rigging apparatus have failed to organise peaceful, free and fair NRM primaries, as Ugandans have witnessed in the past few days.

But it also makes sense when you look at how Museveni is preparing, training and arming millions of pro-regime militias (so-called Crime Preventers) and equipping his son Muhoozi;s Special Forces Command and other death squads, such as Kayihura's Frying Squad, with exceeding capacity to violently ensure that HE MUSEVENI IS DECLARED WINNER EVEN WHEN HE LOSES THE (sham and already rigged) 2016 ELECTIONS. 

Ugandans must not be fooled to take part in Museveni-Kayihura-Kigundu organised elections, just because the utterly sham and violent NRM primaries are producing some positive.

 outcomes. 

Frankly, it does not matter if Museveni loses ALL his ministers and current loyalist boot lickers in any election, as far as he secures his own victory in any way and using any means necessary. For Museveni, it is all about him. The self-centred selfishness and egotistical instincts that this man harbours in him are incredible.

UGANDANS WATCH OUT

In 2016 presidential elections, if Ugandans allow them to proceed, Museveni will still declare himself winner, even when he has lost and the opposition has won. That is obvious, going by the history of his election-related actions and machinations, as well as his broader anti-democratic credentials, since he came to power in 1986.

And this is why Free Uganda and in particular the liberation organisation’s Chairman, General Sejusa, continue to warn the people of Uganda about the dangers of gracing Museveni-organised elections come 2016.

The BEST WAY FORWARD FOR UGANDANS IS TO FOCUS ALL ENERGIES, ALL EFFORTS AND ALL CREATIVE MINDS ON WAYS AND MEANS OF DISMANTLING THE MUSEVENI REGIME BEFORE THE EXPERIENCED AND TESTED MASTER ELECTIONS-RIGGER GETS ANOTHER CHANCE TO ACTUALISE HIS GRAND PLAN

Prepare for real showdown. Prepare for resistance. Your bushes are your town ships, your roads, your homes, your hotels, your wells, our bridges, you may continue deceiving yourselves but no one takes power from a fascist without struggle.

When pope is gone, you will see mayhem- total. The Interahamwes of kayihura and mutale you saw beating students at kyambogo will be unleashed against the population. Mbabazi will see what is in store for him. All these will come to pass and more people will be murdered thru poisoning,accidents, attacks etc.

So train in ideology, political organization, resistance science, get an idea on building organic strength found in your area, the Army will ultimately side with the people. Why not? They are paid peanuts, even then itsnot paid for months, they a retired of senseless wars, corruption, etc, so is the police.

Rabba Naga - Am looking at that photo of that young woman , stripped totally naked. I heard on tv a policeman saying " strip her who cares/! Wooow woow! Am speechless. Today there was attempted murder on Dr besigye! The reason nominations as i told you was to hold besigye and mbabazi captive. No campaigns, jail,police stations, harassment etc.

I warned you (check my posts of july) about gilbert bukenya and other two. Those novices never listened. By the way he is not alone. Watch.

 

Yet with all these you see dreamers thinking mbabazi can defeat museveni and take power.

Now listen to me me you dreamers. That will not happen, neither bedigye or mbabazi can take that power without a huge bitter fight.

You are dealing with a deranged dictator.

Why is there restraint? Because museveni does not want to interfere with the coming of the POPE in november.

Thats why you no longer hear about the daily alerts of terror threats from kayihura. Of alshabab etc. It was alwsyd a hoax to hoodwink the americans and keep their support but also to curtail freedoms.

First take what am telling you seriously. I never gossip. I wouldnt have the time. I have alot to do including finishing an important project in some desert.

 

Secondly, dont be intimidated by museveni threats, we all die, but once. Its better to die fighting than being killed in cold blood like aronda etc for they wont stop killing until they they have installed their clowns.

Mbabazi, Hope Mwesigye, Sejjusa, Jackline Mbabazi are VALUE ADDITIONS to Besigye, because they have abandoned NRM to join the opposition. In the middle of a struggle, never ever weaken friendly forces. Never. If you do then you are an enemy within and should be watched carefully.

Learn from Sejjusa's FREE UGANDA which i saw visiting political parties not to recruit from them but share with them knowledge and capacity building. We need each group strong, just share intelligence, logistics, networks, the infrastructure, but dont cannibalise parties. It a crime against our people if you do.

We need both Besigye and Mbabazi and all those even not on the nallot paper. People like Sejjusa may actually ultimately win the contest even without contesting. How? Simple, when museveni enters his worrior mode and deploys troops against the people. And this is an unavoidable phase which museveni will get to as all dictators do. It’s an unavoidable phase in the dictatorship cycle. Just watch and see.

I see people jumping up and down abusing Besigye and joining the Mbabazi Go-Foward and those of besigye attackng mbabazi.

There is a disease called kleptomaia. This is the disease the museveni family suffers from. And those who suffer from it become kleptomaniacs. These normally steal from themselves. Otherwise how can someone whom God has put in charge of a country then loot it? It’s yours, why steal from it? There was this man called Sendi. He would steal from himself, look around and see that no one was looking then removes his wallet and hide it in another place. His disease would tell him he has stolen big and be satisfied.

When i saw those members of opposition boasting how they had abandoned the Besigye camp and joined Mbabazi and i heard one lady who has joined the opposition saying that they have taken over all FDC people, I CRIED! What is the significance of this? Because there is NO VALUE ADDITION! You are still in the opposition.

Part of that 30% of Besigye and Dr Kawanga etc, the perenial 26%! So the only value addition to me is that Mbabazi, Hope Mwesigye, Sejjusa, Jackline Mbabazi ,etc who have abandoned NRM to join the opposition. But not you who are STEALING FROM EACH OTHER. Learn from Sejjusa's FREE UGANDA which i saw visiting political parties not to recruit from them but share with them knowledge and capacity building. TACTICAL GUIDANCE ON HOW TO UTILIZE PEOPLE POWER INRESISTING DICTATORSHIP IN UGANDA – a By Rabba Naga, Senior Political Activist

 
Dear Comrades,

I saw young people yesterday 28/9/2015 demonstrating at Parliament demanding reforms in the electoral process. While this is a commendable exercise, it’s NOT CORRECT because of the following reasons:

1.  You see an army should never attack when it is not ready
2.  An army should never attack for publicity unless you are a mere terrorist with no desire to win the fight.
3. An army should never attack basing on enemy's provocation. Yes you can defend your forces but be careful when doing this.
   
4.  An army should never attack in an coordinated manner.
5.  Never attack to remain relevant politically.

I will give other instances when one should never use his forces. 

All the above are important for the following reasons;

1. Everytime you attack when you are not ready and you are defeated, you affect the morale of the troops

2. You deplete the ranks and file unnecessarily and once you start loosing fighters in uncoordinated SKERMISHES, you loose the war of numbers and degrade the command element.

3. You actually build the enemy profile as he defeats you not because he is superior BUT BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT READY.

4. You lose credibility as a commander

5. It’s immoral for a commander to utilize a force of any kind in useless attack which you launch for selfish reasons.

The moral of this is that life of your fighters is sacrosanct and should be protected at all costs and only expended in planned and well thought out engagements.

It is easy to tell a force which will win or lose from the above.

I will not go into the specifics here because it may aid the enemy, but suffice to state that when you go on the street when you are not ready or when your reasons for doing so are not well thought out and therefore it is a one or two off, the big politicians are arrested and then released, but the young fighters are kept in jails, some are killed and others maimed. Why do we sacrifice these? It weakens you and strengthens the oppressor.

Let me give you one illustration near home. Of course there are many other examples world over but here we go.

First example

When those people of Museveni and Kiyiira went to the bush, they employed different strategies and tactics. And as they say, as to who won and who lost is history. UFM of kayiira attacked Luzira prison on 27th dec1980. Museveni group went on 6-2-1981. Kayiira's strategy was to generate as much publicity so as to get political capital and get funding. But also for vanity, ie not to be called weak!

But the museveni group was guided by the desire to build capacity and protect their forces as much as possible. And two examples demonstrate this;NRA went into what you can refer to as the strategic concealement phase. Actually they spent the entire 1981 in hiding. They did not have enough arms nor personnel. So they went in forests and armed quietly and trained

The situation in UFM on the other hand was different. They expended the little ammunitions etc in urbans attacks to generate publicity and put little emphasis in plannng, training and improving command and control.
And while Gadafi gave NRA about 100 guns in 1981, he gave UFM 743 guns in 1982. These guns came first and the ammunition was to follow in two to three months.

To UFM leaders, this was too long and they decided to attack Lubiri barracks in jn 1982- they went with empty guns and expected to use the little they had to storm the barracks,capture the ammunition from UNLA armourries and overrun the city and take kampala. By the way, if they had waited for three months, got the ammunition, bombs etc which were now on the way, kayiira could have ended the war in 1982.

What happened? UNLA had got wind of the attack. They removed the ammunition and took it to Mbuya,. And indeed UFM gallantly attacked Lubiri barracks, raided the armouries but found nothing!

Result! Total defeat of UFM as a force. Its army commander Currently Brig Hussein Adda of updf now, its chief of staff, now col. Mark Kodil, and entire command of UFM, save Nkwanga,Ndugute and Kasirye survived to form FEDEMO! Kayiira himself was to withdraw to Washington! All their guns were captured save for the 200 which Lutaaya Sonko (RIP) drove and gave to NRA in Bulemeezi! It’s these guns that helped NRA even have the capacity to attack masindi in 1984! Forget the posturing of museveni! As they say, war is 55% luck! But you cant take it away from museveni, he utilised the correct strategy and tactics. And the reality is, NRA won the war and UFM was destroyed.

Therefore the question of strategy and tactics is of crucial importance. It must be grasped by leaders.

Civil disobedience is a war of another kind, that must be planned, well coordinated and well timed. It’s not just walking the streets and shouting, it’s more serious than that and even more lether against dictators. But it’s no guess work. You plan it as you plan any serious resistance. The leaders who dont understand this undermine the struggle, not deliberately definately, but they do all the same.

 
Therefore those USELESS SKIRMISHES IN THE CITY MUST STOP. They work for the Anemy and weaken the PEOPLE's STRUGGLE.

I implore leaders to go to work and build capacity, coordinate with other friendly forces, build command, plan logistics eg food for the families, first aid etc for the young people who face the danger,etc etc!

If you do these, you will win. Dont send boys and girls on the street just to remain politically relevant. What the people of Uganda want is victory.
