SEJUSA TALKS TO RABBA NAGA, THE TOP LIBERATION STRUGGLE ACTIVIST OPERATING
RIGHT FROM WITHIN THE CRUMBLING MUSEVENI REGIME.
Rabba Naga
reports more on General Sejusa's views on Museveni's impending downfall, and on
why all opposition candidates should emulate Dr Kizza Besigye's 'Defiance
Campaign'.
The General
tells Rabba Naga that the END GAME for Museveni will most likely have nothing
to do with the February 2014 election results and warns Ugandans to set up self
help units for early warning and other civil support roles as the going gets
tough.
Museveni,
the General believes, will in the end loose power but after causing enough
chaos so as to use it to negotiate favourable conditions for himself, his
family and NRM henchmen.

UGANDANS
I was
supposed to post the remaing parts of my interviw with Gen Sejjusa two weeks
ago. In the remaining parts, he talks about how the Museveni he knows acts when
he is cornered, talks of museveni's likely last card, talks about how museveni
will not quit willingly even when he looses.
Talks about
the special units that have been set up each for a different scenario. The latest
being in kawempe, then Elgon area etc. (some of these I will not fully expose)
He discusses
what museveni will try to do before the curtain falls on him.
He talks
about mbabazi campaign and the besigye new match, which though a game changer
will not secure victory on its own.
He discusses the fights in the military and
other security agencies.(here too I will leave some unpublished until later) .
He discusses what he calls the janet museveni/muhoozi nightmare for museveni.
He indeed
discusses the failure of opposition to address serious issues pertaining to the
impact of IDs, voting by foreigners, fake electral register etc thinking
numbers, like those being seen on Besigye rallies, can bring about taking
power.

lauds Besigye's new approach and calls it a catch 22 for the Museveni rigging

Sorry for delaying to publish was in my other work as you might have heard,
just a rise of 2 degrees centigrade in our weather, this planet will be moving
towsrd the threshhold of disaster. Hope you ugandans are following that

The difference is that
Besigye is preparing people for defiance, vote or no vote, and Mbabazi is
preparing them to vote only, that is the mistake. He must join the defiance
campaign. By the way I am a Mbabazi supporter!
I support Bwanika, Biraro,
Besigye all, but I also educate, cajole etc. Now listen to this MUSEVENI WILL
NOT HANDOVER POWER TO YOUR MBABAZI EVEN IF MBABAZI WAS TO GET 90 % OF THE VOTE.
NEVERRRRR! AND THIS AM TELLING YOU. SO THE WAY FORWARD AS YOU PEOPLE CALL IT,
PREPARE PEOPLE TO FIGHT FOR THAT VICTORY. So those things you tell me which he
is doing and we don't see are Useless. Why ? Because ebya Museveni tubilaba,
preparing brute force, so lets prepare the people. bazungu wont put boots on
the ground for you. Why have they not put them in Syria? Where they are blowing
them on their streets? See Paris.
RABBA NAGA ON MBABAZI (In answer to a readers
question about whether he Rabba is biased against JPAM): No no I cant be biased
against JPAM, no I wouldn't because it would be counter productive. There is
proverb when a country had been invaded and the ratio of the invader was 1 to
4!
The country embarked on general mobilisation. Then a foolish commander went
to the king to complain that in the call up, why were they including old men!
The king was flabbergasted. What type of commander was this? The enemy is 1 to
4, we are low on manpower and now you want to be choosy, able bodied men are
nowhere, so is we remove the old, do we just surrender? So I am not that type.
I treasure JPAM contribution, however confused it might be. But my job is to
win too, to defeat the dictatorship. Not to massage weaknesses. Because we
shall all be losers. Now why did I write about Tumwine group (Mbabazi's group
which has defected to Museveni camp, apparently after Mbabazi expelled them),
yes because Mbabazi is not in power yet he cant afford to dismiss anyone,
anyone at all. That is lack of knowledge in managing contradictions in a
revolutionary struggle. Put them where they cant access secrets and watch them.
Manage information in such a way that it is known by only those it is intended
for, the need to know principle..
Do you think Museveni doesn't have those
spying for us? He has and he even knows many but he wont sack, he will CONTAIN
AND MANAGE. Mbabazi must stop behaving as if he has power because he has
nothing. And that will make him and his camp stronger and not weaker. I will
write more on this.
But this Mr Mao being no registered voter and seeing his
letter to late Gen Aronda, and his position in the go-foward crusade and the...
behavior of Betty Anywar in Kitgum and the sacking of that Tumwine group and
their rejoining museveni, and Mbabazi attitude and conduct in campaign, eg a
man who drives from his home in kololo drives 10 miles to mukono, make one
rally, then drives back to kololo and then have the next day off for rest, same
as to when he went to Masaka, Mityana, Hoima. Luweero etc.
I was counting,
Besigye has held about 97 rallies, (small and big) compared to Museveni's 73,
(Museveni of course uses helicopters and resources belonging to the government)
and Mbabazi 10 or so! My worry is I want an opposition that maximises the unity
of effort, etc etc. Am careful not to critise allies, so dont worry, but I am
weary of a non-performing opposition congromlate. We watch...
